There are area golf courses, including a nice course in Union Dale, PA about 25 minutes away. Property is located 25 minutes from Elk Mountain which offers the highest vertical drop in PA. There are other small ski resorts just over the border in NY. Catskills skiing is about 30 minutes away and Snow Mountain, Scranton, PA is 35 minutes away.
