Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Last minute special, book 3 nights at $115 and get the 4th night free, or book 6 nights at $115 and get two more nights free. Ths is rate is subject to availability. Usual rate is 800 per week for up to 6 people. 700 per week is non peak and 850 during peak times. Please email or call for more info. For 2-3 people, $700 per week during May 2008 and from September 15th till December 15th.
- Each unit is prepared for occupancy during the hours of noon to 4 pm. Arrivals are from 4 pm and departures are for noon. If the room is ready before this time you can occupy earlier on the day of arrival, at the discretion of the front desk. Luggage can be kept in the lobby till the room is prepared. There are two beach towels per room per day from 9 am till 3 pm, with return.

- There is a king size bed in the upper level. The lower level has a brown pull out sofa sleeper that is a double and a red sofa sleeper that makes into a bed by pulling out the lower level and raising it. This also makes it into a lounge chair for more than one person.
