There are 2 full baths, one on first floor. The home sleeps 8 with single beds in the remaining 2 bedrooms . Air conditioners in 2 bedrooms. New kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave and . All linens, towels, cookware provided. There is a farmers' porch and connecting deck on the harbor. Large backyard for entertaining and off street parking for 4 vehicles. 10 minute drive to Green Harbor(public) Golf Course. Walk to Marina, bait shop. Catch bus to Boston and favorite snacks/beverages at nearby General Store

additional details: The community has a Cape-Cod like feel without the traffic or congestion. It;s 35 miles south of Boston. Green harbor is a hidden jewel. The real joy of Green Harbor and nearby beaches is that you don't need to drive anywhere one you are there. Your car will stay right where you leave it while you can take leisurely, short walks to anything you want or need. Plenty of restaurants, marina, General Store(with full liquor license) is short walk. Parking for guests and Boston bus stop a few doors down for quick excursions to Boston or for arriving guests. This house is immaculate and fully renovated.
