additional details: The community has a Cape-Cod like feel without the traffic or congestion. It;s 35 miles south of Boston. Green harbor is a hidden jewel. The real joy of Green Harbor and nearby beaches is that you don't need to drive anywhere one you are there. Your car will stay right where you leave it while you can take leisurely, short walks to anything you want or need. Plenty of restaurants, marina, General Store(with full liquor license) is short walk. Parking for guests and Boston bus stop a few doors down for quick excursions to Boston or for arriving guests. This house is immaculate and fully renovated.
