A deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is required before a reservation can be confirmed. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable less a $40.00 cancellation fee. No refunds after that date. · The remaining balance along with a refundable damage deposit of $250.00 is due no later than 31 days prior to arrival. · Security deposits will be returned within 14 days of inspection of the property. - Check-in Policy: You will be emailed a 'Guest Welcome Letter' when full payment is received. The letter will contain all the information and contacts you need to make your vacation trouble free.
