Only 12 minutes to the lake and boat ramps. Exquisitely furnished with 95% of all amenities brand new! This is my vacation home also, so I did not skimp on furnishings. ft. of garage space when you count all three bays, all with auto
openers. Don't be fooled by 'boat deep' garages that are advertised,
several of them taper down half way in to where you can only fit a
small, narrow boat and they have low ceilings. Sooooo, bring your
motorcoach, boat, jet ski's or ATV's and store them in the 'small
hangar' complete with ample florescent lighting, epoxy floor, shop
vac, tools and supplies for cleaning your 'toys'. Better 'Come Play
in Havasu' and park your toys out of the sun!
