Information about this house rental in Fort Myers Beach
Just steps to the beach our house is open and beautiful. The new 'tower' addition consists of the master bedroom, with a bank of windows overlooking the pool, (the sound of water falling from the spa),full bathroom with an over-sized walk-in shower and third floor bedroom with french doors out to a deck that has amazing views of gulf and sunsets. The spacious lanai opens to the living areas with 2 french doors and overlooks the pool. The oversized pool (17x33) is spectacular with an 'underwater' sun deck, spa with waterfall and ledge, tropical landscaping and a large, surrounding deck area. The large kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal. eating counter and a great Margarita Maker! Living area is open and inviting for large groups or a cozy get together.
Ceiling fans in all rooms including lanai. Also, air conditioning, full size washer/dryer and under-house parking.

This is an awesome location on Ft. Myers Beach! Walk the beach to restaurants, Jet skiing, para-sailing, swimming, fishing, boating, wonderful shelling and Dolphin watching. Not to mention the incredible sunsets! Many beautiful golf courses are located nearby with one right down the road. Also available nearby are tennis courts, bike rentals, waterpark, great walking trails, biking and the Beach movie theater. The trolley stop is right on our corner which takes you anywhere on the island including 'Time Square' the heart of the town with fishing pier, shops, restaurants, playground and nightly entertainment. Perfect location for families or couples!
