Turnover day (during the Season) is Saturday. Check-in Time is 2:00 pm and Check-out time is 10:00 am. Late departures will be charged $150 for each hour (or fraction thereof) past 10am on Departure Day.
Weekend nights (per rate schedule above) are Friday and Saturday nights.
New in 2008: Hot tub (with weekly service), indoor air hockey table, outdoor landscaping and lighting.
To Confirm a Reservation 50% Reservation Deposit (plus all taxes) due at time of booking, along with signed Lease Agreement. The Reservation Deposit is non-refundable. A $1000 Security/Damage deposit will be collected no less than Thirty (30) Days prior to check-in, along with balance of amounts due. All amounts, less cleaning fees and charges for damages beyond normal wear-and-tear, as well as missing items, will be deducted and returned within Fourteen Days of Vacancy. - This home includes 3- Sony hi-def TV's, home theater system and central music system including iPod adapter, Cable TV, DVD player, VCR, and broadband wireless internet access. Local phone also included.

PARKING: The property can accomodate parking for two cars off-street, plus (during high season ie Memorial Day - Labor Day) we provide two City parking passes for additional on-street parking for your 3rd and 4th vehicle. Passes for additional vehicles may be obtained directly from the City of Rehoboth for the duration of your visit.

Cleaning crew, including spa service, arrives at 10am, to complete inventory assessment and to be ready for the next guests
