- The City of Rehoboth Beach charges a 3% rental tax in addition to your rental rate.
- Turnover day (during the Season) is Saturday. Check-in Time is after 3:00 pm and Check-out time is 10:00 am. Late departures will be charged $150 for each hour (or fraction thereof) past 10am on Departure Day.
Weekend nights (per rate schedule above) are Friday and Saturday nights.
The Private Dining Experience is only INCLUDED in the weekly rental rates as noted in the rate schedule (above), and offered as an optional upgrade for shorter term guests, subject to availability.
To Confirm a Reservation: 50% Reservation Deposit (plus all taxes) due at time of booking, along with signed Lease Agreement. The Reservation Deposit is non-refundable. A $1500 Security/Damage deposit will be collected no less than Thirty (30) Days prior to check-in, along with balance of amounts due. All amounts, less charges for damages or cleaning beyond normal wear-and-tear, as well as missing items, will be deducted and returned within Twenty-One Days of Vacancy. - This home includes 3- Sony hi-def TV's, home theater system and central music system including iPod adapter, Cable TV, DVD player, VCR, desktop computer and broadband wireless internet access. Local phone also included.

PARKING: The property can accommodate parking for two cars off-street, plus plenty of on-street parking. During the Summer Season (ie Memorial Day - Labor Day) we provide TWO City parking passes for additional on-street parking for your 3rd and 4th vehicle. Passes for additional vehicles may be obtained directly from the City of Rehoboth for the duration of your visit. Contact the City of Rehoboth for more details.

Late checkouts incur a $150/hour fee. Off Season: No defined Turnover Day, but check in is still AFTER 3pm unless previosuly approved by Owner, and check out is BEFORE 10am on the day of departure. Sorry, we can't make exceptions to the above. Cleaning crew arrives at 10am on your day of departure, to complete inventory assessment and to make the home ready for our next guests. Late checkouts incur a $150/hour fee.
