This home is the second floor/unit of a two-family duplex. Enjoy the spectacular ocean views from the open living/dining/kitchen area with fireplace and lots of windows. Or relax on the front deck and enjoy the ocean breeze and beautiful sunsets over the bay.
The gourmet granite and stainless kitchen is fully equipped and includes most tools you will need for gourmet dining and entertaining. Pantry closet includes washer and dryer. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds and the third bedroom is outfitted as an office.
Lifeguards are on duty during the summer season and beach badges are included with rental. Restaurants, shops, marina and beautiful bayfront park are within walking distance.
This home is beautifully furnished and has never been rented. It is a comfortable and fully equipped home away from home. We think our home is an ideal rental for a small family or 1 -2 professionals who will make use of the separate office
