This is a Smoke free home, any evidence of smoking will result in a forfeit of Security Deposit.
This cottage is considered a family Heirloom, in which you would treat it like your own home. We expect it to be left in the same manner that you found it in, when you arrived. Any extreme sanitation issues, or any breakages, will result in forfeit of Security Deposit and may result in further charges for professional cleaning services! - Cottage is now available year round. Rate is $800.00 per week.
