This home is privately situated on two acres directly on the Toccoa River (375' of frontage to be exact). You can get in your inner tube at the park near the dam of Lake Blue Ridge and float to this house (not a bad way to spend an hour or so). It sleeps 16 comfortably in 1 King, 4 Queens and 3 full futons. It has three and a half baths that are served by (2) 50-gallon water heaters so you will never run out of hot water. Media entertainment includes: Master bedroom - 1 HD LCD television with surround sound Great room - 1 HD LCD television with surround sound Basement/Pool room - 1 Rear projection with surround sound Upstairs bedroom - 1 LCD television Outdoors - speakers fed from Great room stereo Other entertainment: Hot tub Pool table Steam sauna The Toccoa River (fishing and tubing) The home has three levels with covered decks on the main and basement levels. One of them is screened and the other has an outdoor fireplace.

Unlike many homes that advertise being on a Lake or River that actually only have a view, this home borders the River and offers a lot of fun for the whole family. It is below the dam of Lake Blue Ridge so it maintains an ideal temperature for trout fishing. This stretch of the River is notorious for it's excellent fishing.

This home is over the top luxury: This home has wireless DSL. This home has 3 flat panel HD televisions with surround sound. The basement has a rear projection HD set with surround sound. The home has a pool table and a hot tub. The Master Suite is as big as many cabins entire first floors. It features it's own fireplace, sitting area, plasma set with surround sound and a steam room with audio.
