- Sofa in great room is a comfortable queen size bed from La-Z-boy. Recreation studio has a studio couch and a sofa to sleep two people. In the master bedroom window seat we have a pack and play which will sleep an infant or toddler and also a Nemo air mattress/sleeping bag for a 4 to 8 year old. The window seat in the master bedroom is eleven feet of covered mattress quality foam. It is perfect for small children who want to sleep near parents.
