House is situated in a gated community with access to pools, lakes, softball fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, bocci courts, playgrounds and club houses. House is minutes from all major attractions including Camelback, Jack Frost/Big Boulder, Shawnee, Camelbeach water park, Great Wolf Lodge indoor waterpark and Alpine ski resorts, as well as horseback riding, fishing/canoeing, golf courses, antique shopping, and shopping at the Crossings Outlets. Also, it is just minutes from the Mount Airy Resort & Casino, now open.

The house does not have air conditioner because it is not needed as the weather is full of mountain fresh air and it is very confortable without AC.
