The interior and pool furnishings are of executive standard offering you comfortable relaxation. Bedrooms are located at ground and first level; the one bedroom at ground level has a queen bed and could be convenient for those with restricted mobility. The two master bedrooms, located on the first floor have king beds beside the two remaining bedrooms which each have twin beds There is a large well equipped kitchen which can supply 3 dinning areas – one outdoors beside the swimming pool and two inside (breakfast nook and dinning room)
The balcony, swimming pool/spa and relaxation area are south facing, offering all day Floridian sunshine. Enhanced by the home’s elevated site, the balcony offers a sense of calm and space to enjoy true ‘southern comfort’. The family room houses a five and a half foot HD TV screen with DVD – just like ‘the movies’ at home. However, all 5 bedrooms are equipped with T.V.’s and some have DVD’s in order to accommodate everybody’s taste in entertainment.
Free and unlimited international and national calls and wireless internet means you can keep up to date with business, friends, news, gossip, etc. Within the community there is a Children’s play area with swimming pool and changing facilities offering older children time away to play.
