Sauna just steps from penthouse, 2 tennis courts. 'Anyone wishing access to the exercise room, who is 18 years of age or older needs to go to the office and sign a waiver form and deposit 50.00 for the key which will be refunded once the key is returned.'
The Del Mar Beach Club is conveniently located on the oceanfront just 1.25m in a direct beeline from Hwy 5 on Via De la Valle on North side of the Del Mar Fairgrounds and Race Track. This oceanfront penthouse is a only 2-3 minute drive away from this prime area, about 4 tenths of a mile. Del Mar Beach Club is considered one the Primer Complexes on the Oceanfront in North County. There are plenty of great restaurants within a short distance. Fish Market, Brigantines, Bullys, Fidels, etc. Flower Hill with Movie Theater.
