Notes: The modern home was renovated in 2006 with new walls, windows, floors, appliances, paint, etc. It is very close to the beach (2 minute walk); walking distance to Wellfleet pier, playground, restaurants (15 minutes) and 5 minute drive to Wellfleet town. It is directly located next to Chequessett Yacht and Country Club - whose website we encourage you to visit- see their site listed below; CYCC is a semi-private country club located in the fishing village of Wellfleet, Massachusetts, on picturesque Cape Cod. Their 9 hole golf course has two sets of tees for 18 hole play with fabulous views of Cape Cod Bay. The club also offers 3 Novapro artificial turf and 2 asphalt tennis courts, a sailing club and clubhouse facilities for weddings and special events. CYCC is open to the public on a daily use basis. Their is currently no hard-line phone or internet access in the home. Cell phone reception is excellent.

First time rental: This is the first time our family is renting our beloved weekend home, so please contact the owner for details. We have rented other properties, so we are not neophytes. But, we are interested in finding extra-responsible folks to rent this home. In the winter, we would not be interested in renting to more than two people at a time (we don't want five people in it for the winter months).
