The home is also conveniently located 20 minutes away from the Premium Outlets. If outdoors activities are more your speed, the area offers countless hiking trails, cross country skiing trails, fishing and boating locations. Within a mile of the house is a beach, lake, swimming pool, tennis courts, volley ball court and club house. All amenities exclusive to renters of the Otis Wood Lands Community.
