This 2 floor town home, with easy access to freeways, and 20 minutes from the airport, is beautiful inside and out. The master bedroom features a whirlpool tub and a sensual chandelier. The 2nd bedroom has it's matching bath with retro fittings and tile. The first floor includes a spacious living room with comfortable seating, a dining area, leading into a lovely French Country kitchen with an island eating area. The counter tops are of gorgeous, rich honed Jerusulem gold limestone with designer sinks by Kohler. The electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator are new. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal.
The kitchen is extended, via an 8 foot sliding glass door, into a gentle and lovely secluded patio. The patio leads into a 2 car garage.
There is convenient, nearby shopping of all kinds--grocery stores, gas stations, major department stores, and specialty shops. Easy on and off of the freeways I-5 and I-805 makes taking trips so easy.

- Large master suite with walk-in closet, enclosed shower and water closet, whirlpool tub in the bedroom with a screen available. Linen storage in room. Bedroom is beautifully appointed with hand painted chest and calm reading area, all done in shades of blue with a blue toiler bed cover topped by a wrought iron decoration swirled with sheer blue fabric. this bedroom overlooks the secluded patio. The 2nd bedroom has a charming twin bed with a 'pull out' twin hidden beneath it. There is a darling vanity and a convenient wicker chest. Just next to this bedroom, which has beautiful shutters, there is a full bath, with a tub, water closet, and freestanding sink with a matching tower of shelves and drawers done in dark wood. This room also has a shuttered window with an updated light, in the Pottery Barn style. The floor is done in white octagon and aquamarine glass tile. There is a stocked linen closet just outside the bath.
