- Pool heat (recommended from October - March) is $25/day.
Use of Spa/Jacuzzi is available at an additional cost of $100. This covers cost of cleaning, refilling & heating prior to each arrival.
Florida tax of 13% is EXCLUDED and will be added to all above costs. - The minimum rental period is five nights. Rentals of less than seven nights incur an $95 cleaning charge.
Costs INCLUDE utilities (including air-conditioning), cleaning of villa prior to your arrival, weekly maintenance of pool during your stay, all linens and towels.
All local or international telephone calls are free of charge as is high speed internet access.
For periods greater than a week, special deals may be available.
