This home is well insulated, with double thermal pane windows, Oil forced hot water 2 zones, oversize picture windows up and down. Open area living room on upper level with Mt. Washington and Presidential Range views, beamed cathedral cedar ceiling (15' + high) - Walk, jog or run to Maplewood Casino Golf course or others. Town center has outdoor seasonal ice skating rink (roller blade) basketball court newer facilities. We cross country ski right out the door to trails in State or White Mt. National Forest. 12+ minute drive to Cannon Mountain (see website listed below) or 20+minutes to Bretton Woods (see website listed below) or 30+ to Loon Mountain; Hike- Located on the side of a mountain you can hike all around or drive to AMC areas nearby.

Property is nestled on the side of a mountain with a stunning view of Mt. Washington and the Presidential Range. High cathedral ceilings with lots of glass to the outdoors and nature. Bethlehem, a quiet town is 10 minutes to the action of downtown Littleton hosting specialty shops, major food stores, restaurants, cinemas, coffee shops and others. Most of the forests nearby have cleared trails for walking, skiing, jogging, biking or other forms of outdoor activities. Bethlehem is host to major golf courses and part of the Bretton Woods Ski Resort. Some popular spots for family fun are the Flume, Franconia Notch, Whale's Tale, Six Gun City, Lost River, Story Land, Santa's Village and many others. 10-12 minutes to Route 93, the home is perfectly situated. Other year round homes are nearby but not too close to intrude upon your privacy - a perfect choice.
