Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

The kitchen also has an amazing center island, breakfast nook with seating for 6, lots of counter space and every appliance and utensil you will need to cook your favorite meals. The kitchen area is open to the family room area with has a large gas fireplace, 42 inch flat screen television with surround sound audio system, full cable channels and both a VCR and DVD player, beautiful couch and seating area for you to relax and spend time with your friends and family. The great room has French doors that open up to the beautiful and lush back yard area.

In your private courtyard, you are able to enjoy an intimate evening with family and friends under the sparkling stars. The yard area includes outdoor dining table and chairs, built in gas BBQ, tranquil water fountain and beautiful and lush landscaping and flowers.
