You have access to the 2 car private garage, and just inside the main level lobby is a private elevator to transport your suitcases and belongings to the 2nd and 3rd levels. The kitchen, living and dining are on the 2nd level. The Master suite is on the 3rd level with elevator access. The 900 square foot master suite with coffee bar, mini frig and desk on the loft landing occupy the 3rd level. The master bath shower is glass enclosed and travertine. Raised maple cabinets with marble counters and dual vanity. Jetted soaking tub and walk-in closet. From the bedrooms and master bath are stunning views of the Pikes Peak mountain range.
From the loft you are 10 minutes from Garden of the Gods, a beautiful drive through the park that can be viewed from the car. 20 minutes from the Airforce Academy, and 15 minutes from the Broadmoor Hotel. Downtown Colorado Springs has many great restaurants, my favorites are 'The Famous' and 'McKinzies Chop House'. This loft is very private, access to this 2 bedroom luxury loft is through the 2 car garage off the back alley. Utilities, cable, T-1 internet access included in the weekly rate.
Beds are covered with The Platinum Mattress Protector and pillows are covered with Clean Air allergy relief liners for allergy and stain protection. Bedding is all 200 count cotton with duvet cover. All linens are washed prior to leasing and there is weekly cleaning service. Linen service is once a month for extended stay renters.
