Rental includes TWO memberships!: Rental includes two memberships: First to this RARE for rentals, private 'Inch Beach' with Tiki hut, palm trees, O/S shower & charcoal grill [photo #1]; Second to the Cabana Club (go below and click on link to 'CLICK HERE'- for FREE Cabana Club Membership Website) - a private oceanfront beach club with 65' Olympic-size heated & cooled pool, hot tub, game room, cocktail lounge, snack bar, & large sundeck areas with lounge chairs or sandy beach! A short walk down Ocean Drive past the golf coarse or just call them for their new free shuttle service(between 4th and 5th St. on Ocean Drive)! See map of Key Colony Beach on their city map (Inch Beach is labeled 'Egret') Balconies & views galore [photo #2] - in the front, the Atlantic Ocean & access to a private, RARE membership beach across the street (Inch Beach); in the back [photo #11 & #12], view the 30' step down wooden dock and 100' wide canal down the entire length with fast direct access to the ocean & gulf (via Vaca Cut).
Amenities:: Enjoy the deluxe fish cleaning table and bait freezer with dockside water & hose, lights, electricity, bench and outdoor shower. This area is also very private and spacious (no 'close quarter' patios on either side of boat dock like other KCB properties). Then grill your 'catch' on the NEWER gas grill on the oceanview balcony! This beautiful, bright tropical furnished living room/dining room area [photos #4 & #5] has a vaulted ceiling and many windows plus two triple glass sliding doors (new screens 2008) leading to the gas grill, patio table, and 6 chairs/1 lounger! The living room and both bedrooms have cable with a 27 inch color TV with NEWER DVD/VCR in the living room and a 21 inch color TV with VCR in the master bedroom. Also CD stereo/speakers in hall, portable iPod docking station with AM/FM radio (take it to Inch Beach) and a NEWER master bedroom CD/alarm/clock radio.
KING Master / TWO twins / QUEEN Sleeper Sofa: The master and guest bedrooms [photos #7 & #9] also have double glass sliding doors (re-screened 2008) with that beautiful canal view. Even the master bathroom [photo # 8] has a glass block window for bright sunlight over the soaking tub, separate shower stall, two sinks and linen closet. The hall bathroom [photo # 10] has a standard bathtub/shower combination. New linens furnish both bedrooms and enjoy lots of thick, fluffy towels in the baths! The master bedroom has a NEWER, comfortable pillow top king mattress set (plus walk-in closet) and the guest bedroom has two twin beds which can be converted to one king ('converter', linens, comforter in double closet). Each bedroom has one dresser and nightstand plus desk/chair in master. Also a NEWER queen sleeper sofa 2006 (not pictured in living area), carpets professionally cleaned 2007. Guest Book: The owners have met every possible need..we were very comfortable.plenty of room..plenty of towels and linens..we had a professional chef with us who found the kitchen incredibly well stocked for a vacation home.. everything in the house is well organized and the cleanliness is on par with immaculate! inch beach is wonderful for shell collecting and watching the sunrises and sunset beach down the street is the perfect spot for an unspoiled sunset..cabana club was great all around:.we enjoyed sitting on the front deck of the house and waving to all who walked by...just wonderful people in key colony beach...this house is perfectly situated..we certainly have only positive things to say and would highly recommend it for anyone wanting 'home away from home' in the florida keys.
