The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants. The European-style kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could possibly need to prepare a family feast or a super-snack for the kids. Choose to eat at the formal dining area or at the breakfast bar that overlooks the lanai. After a swim in the pool, enjoy a game of billiards or some high-energy hotshot basketball in the game room.
The driveway holds up to 4 cars and additional space for off-street parking is available. This home is located in a private and secured development which features a clubhouse for Terra Verde residents and visitors. Among the amenities in the clubhouse is a large custom-designed pool and hot tub, sauna, exercise room, large game room, arcade, beach volleyball and tiki bar.
