Knott's Soak City Water Park is only 5 minutes away. Trader Joes Supermarket is less than 5 minute drive. Golds Fitness Center, downtown Palm Springs, shopping, casino and Palm Spring International Airport are all less than 10 minutes away.
Golf: This is an excellent home to rent if you are with a group of golfers. It is walking distance from the Tahquitz Creek Golf Course and just minutes away from 5 other golf courses: Mesquite Country Club, Cimarron Golf Resort, Indian Canyons Golf Resort, Escena Golf Club and Tommy Jacobs Bel Air Greens. The house is only a 10-minute drive from historic Downtown Palm Springs, and the River Complex in Rancho Mirage, both with many bars and restaurants. The house has 4 bedrooms with 5 individual beds (+ optional rollaway bed), so can very comfortably house up to 6 golfers. If needed, two more can sleep on the sofas in the living room. Three of the four bedrooms have TV's/DVD players. All sheets and towels are made of high thread count linens, to help add to that grand hotel-life feeling. The indoor common area consists of a living, dining and kitchen area, and is one big space, so ideal for socializing or just plain relaxing after a day of golf. Listen to one of your favorite satellite radio stations through the sound system, watch a movie on DVD, or enjoy one of your favorite TV programs, while sitting in the comfortable seating area around the fireplace. A private back yard has lots of seating and a great area to BBQ and dine. A heated pool (w. tanning shelf) and heated spa, only add to making this property a perfect choice for your golfing getaway.
