- Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner. We ask for a $250.00 security deposit which will be promptly returned after 30 days. After you have confirmed the available dates for your stay, we will hold your reservation for five days, pending the receipt of your deposit. We accept cash, personal checks, (provided there is sufficient time for them to clear), travelers checks.
The lease will only be in one persons name. All family members will need to be listed. Please note that we do not accept 'sharing.' We are willing to consider two families.
The rental period is a full seven nights, from Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in time is 3:00pm on Saturday (keys will not be given out prior to check-in time). Incoming guests will greatly appreciate your courteous observance of the 11:00am check-out time.
Upon check-out guests are expected to strip all beds, carry out trash, do dishes and l - There is a non-refundable $100.00 cleaning fee.
