The Best in Value and Quality: COMPARABLES ------------------------------------------ There are quite a few of the older 2BR and some 'interesting' older 3 and one 4BR condos that you can still find, our situation is brand new and obviously much nicer. *on a per person basis, we are less expensive. A neighbor has - 3BR 2100 sq ft. on the 6th Floor for 4500/wk normal season 7K for Holidays Ours has - 5BR 3334 sq ft. on the 16th Floor with many more perks, (below)
