Attractions Nearby: Within walking distance of restaurants and shopping (open year round). Miniature golf nearby. New waterpark just down the street is under construction with target completion scheduled for Summer 2008. Fort Clinch State Park an easy bicycle ride away with miles of trails, a real fort, impressive fishing pier. Condo in great centralized location convenient to everything to do on Amelia Island. Cumberland Island is a short ferry ride away. We recommend watching the sunsets overlooking Cumberland Island from our new harbor decks. (You can watch the sunrise, if you wish, right from the condo's private balcony!)

Quaint Historic District: Historic Fernandina Beach is just 1/2 mile down the road and features boutiques, antique shops, bookstores, coffee shop, ice cream shop, dining, entertainment, horse drawn carriage rides, ghost tours, plus more. Enjoy the feel of historic Fernandina Beach as you meander through the charming streets, shops, and restaurants. From the wharf next to the Intracoastal Waterway you can enjoy the sunset over dinner while downtown, then a quick jaunt back to the condo to enjoy the moonlight over the ocean...again, viewed from the condo balcony or go ahead out onto the beach. After all, it's right there.

Golf: There are many golf courses on or near Amelia Island, both world class courses and your average run-of-the-mill nice 'track' without having to spend a fortune. Just depends on your golfing needs and desires.
