The Village Of Ogunquit: Ogunquit is known as 'The Beautiful Village By The Sea.' The town features an abundance of upscale shopping, coffee shops, cafes and fine dining establishments. Marginal Way is a paved walkway along the coastline of the Atlantic Ocean which begins at the center of town and finishes at Perkins Cove which is another hamlet of shopping, ice cream shops and fine dining establishments. The town is pedestrian friendly and also offers a trolley service to various locations throughout town. The Ogunquit Playhouse features Broadway shows during the summer season.
