The three story elevator from garage or the custom front stairs are the other two options. This newly completed “multiple master bedroom” oasis boasts six enormous bedrooms. The smallest of the six is over two hundred and forty square feet (not counting its private full-size bath). The first and second floor masters boast multiple vanities, Jacuzzi tubs, full glass separate showers, multiple body sprays, and rain head. The second floor master (over three hundred square feet) with travertine, marble and ceramic accents holds a fifty two inch plasma TV that adorns the foot of the king size master bed.

Four hundred count Egyptian bedding further displays the attention to detail taken in this Platinum Level piece of “Pair-O-Dice”. The main floor boasts meal seating for sixteen guests; a twenty three by fifteen foot gathering room with large plasma TV, game table and fire place; a separate thirty foot long dining area complete with fifty bottle wine cooler and bar area. The first floor master contains two queen beds, multiple closets and a master bath to suite this luxury experience. The rear bedroom (King) on the first floor over looks the swimming pool and has direct access to one of the five rear decks ( private full glass shower and full bath). The kitchen contains a nine foot breakfast bar, over fifty feet of marble counter tops, GE Monogram six burner convection ovens (2) with Pot Filler, six 15,000 Btu burners and infra-red heat lamps mounted in the full exhaust hood. The built in refrigerator freezer has a quick chill box, defrost area, and water and ice.

Here at “Pair-O-Dice Found” the entertainment goes on both inside and outside the enormous new home. Poker tables, ping pong, foosball, slate pool table, hot tub, swimming pool, basketball, surf board racks, boat trailer storage, a few hundred yards to the beach or the IOP marina insure a non-stop activity filled time for you and your guests… BUT WAIT…this home was designed with three separate family areas ..so if the boys want to play poker or watch a ball game on the Big Screen. There are still plenty of quiet places for mom and the girls to sit and enjoy their own large screen or a book, or just relax away from the noise and high activity areas. The third floor sitting area boasts it’s own wall mounted forty-inch plasma TV and quiet get away. The private decks off three of the bedrooms or the tri-level nine-hundred square foot deck surrounding the pool hot tub and hot/cold shower area are also available for your enjoyment. $150 Fee for hot tub to be heated.
