Brand new light-filled cedar shake home situated on 3 wooded acres with a pond. Great views of Elizabeth Islands, Vineyard Sound and Dogfish Bar. Home was designed by architect Geoffrey White and professionally decorated. Radiant heat makes this a perfect winter rental too. Our home features cathedral ceilings throughout, double, tiled shower and Salon Spa Jacuzzi tub. Experience the peace and quiet of being up island with the conveniences to all you need. A short .3 mile walk to Lobsterville beaches, and the best striped bass fishing the island has to offer. Walk to Landbank hiking trails or bike one mile to the bike ferry to the fishing village of Menemsha where you can pick up a few groceries, check out the shops or restaurants. The Chilmark Community Center and Library offers a day camp and activities for kids. All you need to bring is your food, spending money and your car.
