Cancellation Policy:
The Guest may cancel their booking at any time up to or during the Rental Period. In the event that the Guest exercises their right to cancel, the Company will levy the following cancellation penalty percentage rates of the Total Rental Fee (amount shown on the booking confirmation):
From initial date of booking up to 28 days prior to the arrival date 100% of the deposit payment only
Between 28 and 8 days prior to the arrival date 50%
Less than 7 days prior to the arrival date 100% - Arrival is for 4 PM on arrival date and departure is for 10am of last date of stay. This allows time for cleaning of townhouse between guests.

- Beautifully furnished master suite with a pillowtop mattress. There is plenty of storage in the huge dresser and walk-in closet. The window treatments and beautiful bedspread make you feel as though you are on a romantic get-a-away. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom is great for those who have a difficult time with the stairs. No need to go anywhere but the first floor, which includes the kitchen, dining area and living area. Just one step outside the patio door is an enclosed spa/pool and patio. The patio door has an alarm and a patio lockbar for the safety of the children. The alarm can be turned off if one chooses not to use it.

The Guest agrees to pay the Total Rental Fee as set out on the booking confirmation by the due date. Final and full payment is due 28 days prior to arrival. In the event of late payment, or failure to pay, the Company reserves the rights to levy the cancellation penalty charges against any money that the Guests have paid in advance and cancel the booking of the Guest. Where the money paid in advance is insufficient to cover the cancellation penalty, the Company reserves the right to exercise any legal remedies to pursue the amount owed by the Guest. The Company reserves the right to amend rates at any time. Pre-existing reservation, where the Guest has made a payment, will remain at the pre-increase price.
The company accepts Visa / Mastercard and Discover credit cards at no charge to the guest, unless in the event of cancellation, when refunds will be issued back to the original credit card offered, in accordance with our cancellation policy, but at a charge of 4% to the guest to cover any merchant fees incurred by The Company.
