To reserve dates for our town home a deposit of 25% is required within 7 days of inquiry. The other 75% is due 30 days prior to arrival date. All transactions are securely handled through management company. You may call or email owner to receive this information.
The Guest may cancel their booking at any time up to 7 days before the Rental Period. In the event that the Guest exercises their right to cancel, the owner will levy the following cancellation policy penalty rates of the Total Rental Fee (amount shown on booking confirmation).
Up to 30 Days prior to arrival, $50 administration fee plus tax
Between 30 and 14 Days prior to arrival, 25%
Less than 14 Days prior to arrival, 50%
Less than 7 days prior to arrival, 100%
Cancellations at any time when the rental period falls over Holidays and Peak Seasons are subject to a 100% of the total rental fee penalty.
The Company regrets that it is unable to waive any of the cancellation charges above, whatever the circumstance. - Arrival is for 4pm on arrival date and departure is for 10am of last date of stay. This allows time for cleaning of townhouse between guests.

- Beautifully furnished master suite with a pillow top mattress. There is plenty of storage in the huge dresser and walk-in closet. The window treatments and beautiful bedspread make you feel as though you are on a romantic get-a-away. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom is great for those who have a difficult time with the stairs. No need to go anywhere but the first floor, which includes the kitchen, dining area and living area. Just one step outside the patio door is an enclosed spa/pool and patio. The jungle-theme bedroom is enjoyed by adults and children alike.

Payment The Guest agrees to pay the Total Rental Fee as set out on the booking confirmation by the due date. Final and full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of late payment, or failure to pay, the Company reserves the rights to levy the cancellation penalty charges against any money that the Guests have paid in advance and cancel the booking of the Guest. Where the money paid in advance is insufficient to cover the cancellation penalty, the Company reserves the right to exercise any legal remedies to pursue the amount owed by the Guest.
