HOUSEKEEPING -Your unit shall be clean upon arrival. Additional housekeeping services are available to you at an additional cost. Please contact housekeeping @ Playa Royale to arrange for any of additional services. If a guest is staying a FULL WEEK, there will be a FREE mid-week cleaning (no linen change).
HOTEL CREDIT -Playa Royale as part of the Paradise Village Resort and Spa is a credit ONLY resort. All charges can only be signed to your room. As such, you will need to set-up a charge account at Check-In using a valid credit card - For your convenience, I have an agent in Puerto Vallarta who will meet you at Playa Royale on your Arrival.
RETURNING GUESTS: Receive a 10% Discount off the Original Listed Rental Rate ( Does not include summer specials and Value seasons) . Note: Any Special discounts that were adjusted, i.e reduced during various seasons, unfortunately, will not be discounted any more.
