Panoramic ocean views from the spacious rooftop deck. Sitting several houses from one of the less crowded areas of the beach, and about a mile from the pier, this is simply one of the best locations available. This unit was recently renovated, and the modern amenities are numerous. A clothes washer is available. a DVD and Xbox are on site as well. Located about 1 mile from the historic Old Orchard Beach Pier and Attractions. The Maine Mall and the City of Portland is a 10-15 minute drive and the Freeport outlets, including the L.L. Bean flagship store is about a 30 minute drive. Also nearby is the Racheal Carson Wildlife Preserve which offers miles of scenic hiking trails and Ferry Beach State Park. Also within driving distance to the Portland Sea Dogs (Boston Red Sox AA affiliate), Scarborough Downs (live harness racing), Beech Ridge Motor Speedway and a 1.5 hour drive to Boston.
