Payment
We accepted PayPal, credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), wire transfer, check (must be cleared before we book your reservation), and money order.
Deposits
To hold your reservation, a 50% deposit is required of the total quoted fees with the remaining amount to be paid within 45 days of the reserved date. Also, you will need to supply a valid credit card as security deposit during your stay for any incidental charges.
Cancellation
Cancellation is allowed 45 days or more before the reservation date with a written request. There is no refund for cancellation made 44 days or fewer prior to the reservation. When your cancellation is approved, you will get a full refund minus 10% penalty of the entire cost of the reservation or you can opt to receive full credit to be used on your next reservation. - Published rental rates are subject to change at any time. Rental rates quoted are for up to 6 persons, and contact us if needed more than 6 persons and other travel needs.

Guest Book: Miguel, the general manager was there to greet us personally. It was our first trip there for our honeymoon stopover. Everything was setup just like the website said.
