Welcome to the Isle of Palms! This luxury vacation rental home is sure to provide just the space you need to make vacation memories that will last forever. This newly constructed home was just finished at the end of May and has all the amenities that you would expect from a newly built home. When you pull into the driveway, you will first notice the grandeur of the elegant Charlestonian design of the home. With its historic shutters, sweeping staircase, and ornate front door, you will be impressed from the moment you arrive. The spacious garage is located underneath the house. The large pool out back is sure to be a hit with everyone. You enter the home on the second floor which houses the majority of the bedrooms. Three of these beautifully decorated rooms have access to the deck overlooking the backyard and pool. Upstairs, you will find the kitchen, living room, and dining room.

Notes: The open floor plan of these rooms gives them an airy feel that is enhanced by the large windows overlooking the backyard. The top floor has the large master suite. The rooftop deck affords you spectacular panoramic views of the Isle of Palms and the Atlantic Ocean. On the first floor there are five bedrooms, four of which have queen beds and the fifth having 2 twins. There are also two bathrooms on this floor. The master suite upstairs comes complete with a king bed and private bath with Jacuzzi tub.
