The rates quoted are for a 4 person occupancy. There is an additional charge of $70 per week + 11% tax
per person over 4 occupants. Maximum 6 occupants. Condo reservation confirmed only upon receipt of required reservation security deposit:
Feb 1-April 15 - $800 security deposit ($400 applied to prepaid rent, $400 will be refunded 30 days after departure in accordance with rental agreement).
April 15-Jan 30-$400 security deposit, ($200 prepaid rent, $200 will be refunded after 30 days departure in accordance with rental agreement).
A 60 day cancellation notice is required prior to the arrival date to ensure refund of the initial security deposit.
Total rental charges must be received 14 days prior to check-in, upon receipt of keys.
Renters are responsible for full payment of rental period reserved.
All payments must be made in US funds by bank -
Rates and tax are subject to change.
Check-in time is 3:00-5:00 PM and Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
All persons under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian).
Boat trailers, cargo trailers, mobile homes, RVs, campers, commercial trucks are not permitted on the property.

Miscellaneous information: There is Wi-Fi access in the recreation room. Dial-up computer capabilities by 800 number in the condo. There is information in the recreation room that offers dining guides, maps, attraction brochures and coupons. Cleaning services can be arranged for long term rentals, however the condo is cleaned after every rental and the cost is included in the rental fee. Upon check-in, there is enough toilet paper, soap and paper towels to get started. There is a Publix Supermarket within 1 mile of the condo on US #41
