Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Vt. tax & fees are included in price. There is an additional cleaning fee of $125 added to each stay
- Upon booking a one night deposit is required, with balance due 30 days before arrival. Once balance is paid you will receive keys, directions & other information regarding your vacation.
If the reservation is cancelled the deposit will be forfeited if the reserved dates are not rented. If the dates are rented, a full refund will be made.
A $300 security is required for each stay. Upon departure this check will be returned if no additional cleaning is necessary or damage is incurred. - Summer Rates June 15 - Sept. 1, 2013
Weekly $ 1600 + $125 cleaning fee.
1 week minimum - weeks run Friday to Friday, or Saturday to Saturday depending on availability

- Master bedroom is on the upper level with master bath , jacuzzi & private deck with chairs. Sleep loft is on same upper level with a trundle bed. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are on the main level & bedroom 4 is on the entry level alongside the recreation room. All bedrooms are equipped with all linens -extra blankets & pillows are also available in each bedroom. If your gathering includes a little one, there is a high chair,Pack & Play & full size crib on premise. There is also a portable gate to block off stairs.
