Fabulous 3 bedroom beach house in Sag Harbor Village. Enjoy endless water views over Sag Harbor Bay to Shelter Island, North Haven and the Cedar Point Lighthouse. The house has a brand new kitchen, 2.5 brand new marble baths with fixtures by Toto, Duravit, and Porcher, living room with wall of windows overlooking the water, den with two twin beds, guest room with two twins, another guest room with king size bed, and a huge 25 x 25 great room with walls of windows. Upstairs you will find an enormous master suite with walk in closet, brand new large bath, walls of windows and private 35 foot deck. The views are spectacular.
Bring your canoe and kayak. Playground for children is a short walk down the beach.
