The second unattached, private entranced bedroom with a double bed and full bath is set up like a studio apartment with love seat, Cable TV and kitchenette, if this second efficiency is used for an additional couple (or one) there is an additional charge. When second bedroom suite is rented along with Magnolia Cottage, the rate is $25 per night/per person. Plus tax and cleaning fee of $25. Small Dog Considered - Must be mature and well-trained. Fee is $25 non-refundable.

Unattached Bedroom/Bath: The Second Bedroom and Bath is an efficiency rental. It can be rented in conjunction with The Magnolia Cottage for two couples traveling together, or by itself for a party of 1 or 2. The Garden Suite is an adorable little accommodation with a Full Size Bed, Lazboy Reclining Love Seat, Flat Screen TV with Cable & a DVD Player, Free Movie Library Available. The Bath has a Shower and Lavatory...there is also a Kitchenette with Mini Fridge, Coffee Pot, Microwave and Dishes. It has a large deck with table and chairs under a canopy of trees. Very Private and Charming.
Golf: Pine Creek Golf Course is less than 2 minutes from the rentals. Located in Mount Juliet, TN, just twenty minutes east of Nashville, Pine Creek Golf Course is the best-kept secret in the area.
