Other bedroom upstairs has 2 twin beds and has private balcony looking over courtyard. Upstairs also features loft area. Additional bedroom on first floor can be furnished if requested. Opens via sliders to patio and has river views. Has access to full bath just outside the door. All bedrooms are carpeted with upgraded selections, have tray ceilings, large closets and stunning views.

Home is available completely turn-key with everything you need to just come and enjoy including television, linens, beach towels, coolers, dishes, etc. The home is 2 story, but there are 2 bedrooms on the first floor that would be wheelchair accessible or suitable for those who have difficulties with stairs. Pets will be considered, but a deposit would be required in case of damages. Absolutely no smoking in our home please, but outside is fine. Owner is extremely flexible and is willing to discuss options. All we ask is that you treat our home the way you would treat your friend's home if you were staying there- not as a hotel.
