Information about this house rental in Ocean City
Our charming single family home is in the family friendly North side of Ocean City. We are on the desirable street of Pennlyn Place and we are 1 1/2 blocks from the beach. The boardwalk is right at the end of the street with easy access to all of the shops and food, rides, etc!
This is a historic home that has been totally renovated. It features a gorgeous brand new kitchen with granite counter tops and new appliances.
There is a wonderful front porch both downstairs and up. In the rear there is an outside shower and a nice table and place to eat outside. Then home has A/C, wireless Internet, cable and laundry.
Upstairs the master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a queen and a single and the last bedroom has twin beds. Downstairs there is a great denim pull out couch.
Street parking.
