Telephone reservations will be held for 5 days, allowing reservation deposit to be mailed and received within that time. If any damage or missing items are noted, security deposit will be adjusted for replacement of items, and a detailed list will be given to you. A charge for house cleaning may be deducted if home is left in a dirty condition, or evidence of smoking in home is noted.
Payment of security/reservation deposit due upon signing of contract. If reservations are canceled 30-60 days prior to scheduled date of arrival, full deposit will be refunded, less $ 25.00 handling fee. Reservations canceled 21-29 days prior to scheduled arrival will receive 1/2 deposit; reservations canceled 1-20 days prior to scheduled date of arrival will forfeited. -
Renters are expected to clean up pet waste in yard... pooper scooper and bags made available.
