The Bird House - A Sanctuary in the Treetops: The Bird House is so named by the locals because it is perched at the end of a drive, high on a hillside and off the beaten track. This cottage, surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens of native species, is a perfect secluded retreat for a couple seeking an eco-friendly environment. The front porches of the house provide a lovely view of Coral Bay while out the back, one gazes up at Fortsberg Mountain and down at the wide pastoral Carolina Valley. The sweeping landscape truly does provide ‘a birds eye view’!
Guest Book: My friend and I have stayed in this home for 2 years in a row now--what a great place! It is 'off the beaten path' and close to everything in Coral Bay! We love staying on 'our end' of the island then coming home to the sounds of the tree frogs. The house has everything we need and the owners are so nice! steph_nsa@yahoo.com
