On the Main Level:: The kitchen, family room and dining room open onto the extra large lanai with built-in gas barbecue and wet bar. You will enjoy barbecuing and sitting on your spacious lanai watching the sunset and taking in all the beautiful surroundings on the golf course. You will find the kitchen is very well equipped. The dining room seats eight. There is counter seating for four. Also on this level is one queen guest bedroom, separate bath and laundry (washer/dryer).
On the Upper Level: The king master suite invites you to a private lanai which overlooks the golf course. You will love sitting out on your private lanai and watching the breathtaking sunset and ocean beyond. The master bath has a double sink vanity, large tub and separate shower. Also on this level, is one queen guest bedroom with full bath attached and a loft area with sofa/sleeper and desk where you may enjoy your favorite book or tend to business. You will love the outdoors beyond the lanai. There is plenty of grassy area surrounding for your pleasure. The resort-style pool, spa and fitness center are conveniently located together and just a minute's walk from the townhouse.
You will love all that Kona has to offer and all that the Mauna Lani Resort has to offer. The Mauna Lani Resort and the Orchid Hotel are located next to each other. You may like golfing at the Francis H I'i Brown Golf Course, relaxing at the private Beach Club or taking a leisurely walk along the perfect beach. Take advantage of the fine dining at the Mauna Lani Resort and the Orchid Hotel, or head down to Tommy Bahama Restaurant or Ruth's Chris Steak House for appetizers and cocktails.
