Upstairs is a sleeping Loft with one set of bunk beds and a queen size futon. There is a half bath up there as well. All bedrooms have TVs and VCRs or DVDs in them for added convenience.

Great for families : Villa 14 is our home away from home and we hope it will be yours. It is stocked full of family fun things, from games, DVDs, sand toys, boogie boards, bikes etc... We hope you enjoy as much as we do...
best location on the island: In the villas you can walk to just about everything you need. the beach, Baldhead Island club and pool are all within a minute walking distance as well and a playground for kids.
as private as villas get: We have a unique situation in the villas there are no decks right up against ours so as far as privacy goes we've got just about all of them beat. We are located on the end of a cul-de-sac which is great for grilling out or watching the kids ride bikes or fish in the lagoon.
