All rates are subject to change. Holiday weekends may have higher nightly rates and minimum stay requirements. Resort charges $10/night parking fee. To make your reservation today, we ask for a 50% deposit with the other 50% due 30 days prior to your arrival. We accept most major credit cards however we do not have a secure way to accept payment online. Therefore, we ask that you call us at the number listed to make your reservation.
We have a $100 Cancellation Fee. If you cancel prior to 45 days to your arrival, you will receive a full refund of your deposit minus the cancellation fee. If you cancel within 45 days to your arrival, we will refund any amount we are able to re-rent minus the cancellation fee.
Wireless Internet, long distance phone calls and pay-per-view TV are paid separately per service to the Beaver Run Resort.

Living Area - 1 Sleep Sofa /Futon, Sofa Sleeper has 7 inch mattress for extra comfort.
- The two bedrooms are located upstairs with beautiful mountain views. The master bedroom has a view of the Continental Divide and Peak 9 ski runs. The room is decorated with bear accents and has ski antiques such as an original Breckenridge ski lift converted into a chair. There is a large king size bed decorated with plenty of blankets and soft pillows. The room also has a dresser, TV and two closets too. Finally, in it there is a private bathroom with tall counter tops made of granite and a beautifully tiled floor and shower. The second bedroom is huge and has incredible ski views as well. In it there are two new pillow top queen beds that are made extra comfortable with warm blankets and pillows too. It is decorated with moose accents and antique snow shoes. We have two dressers in this room as well as a couch for just relaxing.

Our condo is bright and spacious with vaulted ceilings and sky lights in the living room. Decorated in true Colorado style, you can sit on our cozy couch and enjoy the warmth and comfort of our wood burning fireplace surrounded by antique skis and snow shoes. The couch turns into a queen sofa sleeper that has a seven inch mattress for extra comfort. There is a TV with DVD/VCR player by the fireplace and a cupboard full of fun family board games to help create wonderful memories of your family vacation.
Our antler chandelier and rustic kitchen table for 8 adds to the ambiance of mountain living. The kitchen has granite counter tops with a stone back splash and is fully equipped with some added extras such as a spice rack, crock pot, blender, mixer and waffle maker.
Finally, we have been renting condos in Breckenridge since 1999 and truly want to be a part of your vacation experience. Our hope is to offer the highest quality condos, full service resort amenities at reasonable prices to create vacation memories that will last a lifetime. We would love to do business with you!!
