- Upstairs the Master bedroom has an American King-size bed, 19 inch TV with cable, the en-suite bathroom has his and hers basins, a huge shower and a large oval tub with separate WC and walk in closet. The Queen sized bedroom has cable TV with en-suite bathroom and views and access to the Lanai. There is one Twin bedroom downstairs complete with TV and a themed en-suite bathroom.The galleried landing leads to two twin bedrooms, one being a Mickey themed both with cable TV between them there is a further bathroom.

Guest Book: Hi Steve and Samantha, This is to let you know that we had a fabulous time in Florida - as always - and to let you know how much we enjoyed Simpson's Retreat. We have visited Florida about 7 times in the past 3 years and all but once stayed in Villa's - and I have to say that Simpson's retreat was the best prepared of all of them. Whilst they were all clean and nicely furnished, Simpson's had the attention to detail (BBQ tools - simple but the first time ever they have been provided would you believe? -simple and clear instructions for the AC/Heating by the controls etc etc) that makes the first impression. In addition when we needed something a simple phone call was all it took to get help - no need to chase so the service was excellent. When we visit next year we will certainly be in touch to rent again and I would recommend you to anybody.
