- A $500.00 ( Refundable) Damage Security Deposit is Required in Addition to the stated rated and is refundable within 2-5 days after departure, once we verify that the terms and conditions of the home have been adhered to.
There is a non Refundable Cleaning Fee of $150.00
50% of Total rental fees are required at booking and the remaining is required (10) days prior to arrival. If booking is made less than (14) days prior to arrival than total amount is due and payable at time of booking

If Paying by Check or Money Order Payment must be received 20 days prior to Arrival to allow sufficient time for payment to clear our bank before arrival. - No Smoking Allowed
