Free use of gas BBQ. You may be required to purchase a bottle of gas if the gas bottle is empty on your arrival (approximately $20 from nearby gas/petrol station). The BBQ must be cleaned before your departure so it is left clean for the next guest. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from your security deposit. Use of good sized safe at no extra charge. Free high speed wireless internet access if you wish to bring your laptop. Upgraded cable TV package. We have added many extra little touches as we were determined that our villa wasn't going to become just another 'rental' villa. Extra touches include new flat screen TV's, DVD players and cable TV in family room and all bedrooms, fans and ceiling lights installed in family room and bedrooms, something you don't tend to find in most villas. NEW FOR 2010 - large front loading washing machine and tumble dryer, Blu-Ray player, music system and IPOD dock in family room. New bed linens and spare set for all bedrooms.

In our villa, you will find plenty of our extra touches for both adults and children - plenty of books, guide books for Disney and the Orlando area, board games, pool toys, Playstation 2 with games and DVD's. If the children are not tired out from walking around the theme parks or swimming in their own private pool, then watching a dvd on their own tv when they go to bed should do the trick . All furnishings, bed linen, etc. are of the highest quality. Even the kitchen has a lot more equipment and utensils than the average villa should you wish to prepare meals at home - you won't just find the bare essentials in this home! Kitchen items include plenty of plates, silverware, glasses. You will also find pans, a food processor, food mixer, electric steamer, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, bowls, measuring jugs, etc, etc. This is one of the reasons our long stay 'snowbird' guests are on their 4th visit in 2010. A well stocked kitchen makes all the difference.

For the comfort and safety of all our guests this is a non-smoking home, however smoking is permitted on the pool deck and an ashtray is provided.
