- Master bedroom, bedroom #1, is located at the rear of home, wind chimes outside the slider door. Full bath in the master, with shower. A king-size bed is in the master. The other three bedrooms, are all located at the front of the home. Mirrored sliding door closets are in every bedroom. Carpeting is in each bedroom, with travertine flooring throughout the living room, kitchen and baths. Extremely quiet neighborhood, with very little automobile of foot traffic. Bedroom #2, has a king size bed and television. Bedroom #3, has a queen size bed and television. Bedroom #4, the home office is immediately to your left, when coming in the front door. The home office is equipped with a full-size desk, very comfortable office chair, and plenty of storage. The home has wireless Internet, so bring your laptop if you need to stay connected. The home office also has a Dell All-in-One Print/Scan/Copy - this is also wireless.

DirecTV: House is wired for DirecTV. A full package is available on the three TV sets. The living room TV, is HD - 46in Sony. All the movie channels are included: HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, Starz. NFL Sunday Ticket and NCAA College Football packages are included. As well as the Major League Baseball package. Some receivers, are equipped with TIVO.
Location: Located in North San Clemente, ocean side of the 5 freeway. Short walk to the ocean. Near the new, massive development of Marblehead Coastal. Walk to the beach, about half a mile to the sand from the front door - the address is 259 Via San Andreas, San Clemente 92672. Distance to downtown San Clemente, the Del Mar Ave is 2.8 miles (no freeway driving required).
